I am an experienced French tutor with over 20 years of international teaching experience, specialising in French for adults and children living in or moving to French-speaking Switzerland.

Whether you are new to Switzerland and want to feel more confident in daily life, preparing for an official exam, or working towards Swiss naturalisation — I adapt my lessons entirely to your situation, your level, and your objectives.

I have been a certified DELF examiner since 2005 — which means I know exactly how exams are assessed and what makes the difference on the day.

Having worked with many expatriates in French-speaking Switzerland, I understand the cultural adjustment, the challenges of integration, and the fact that opportunities to actually speak French are sometimes fewer than expected. These lessons are a space to progress, at your own pace, without pressure.

Sessions take place via Zoom or Teams, with flexible scheduling all year round.

➤ Conversational French and Everyday Life
For anyone who wants to feel more confident and at ease in French — in daily life, at work, or in the community. Classes focus on oral fluency, listening comprehension, pronunciation, and everyday vocabulary, at the pace that suits you.

➤ FIDE Test Preparation
Personalised preparation from A1 to B1 — for permit B or C renewal, or Swiss naturalisation. I take the time to understand where each student stands and what they need most to move forward. We work on oral and written comprehension and production, using real FIDE exam formats and situations drawn from everyday life in Switzerland — always with the exam date in mind.

➤ Swiss Naturalisation Interview
Over the years I have built up a deep understanding of the situation faced by expatriates in French-speaking Switzerland. Coaching covers French oral expression, Swiss civic knowledge, the candidate's integration story, and mock interviews adapted to their canton and commune. I also accompany students through the administrative steps of their application when needed.

Preparing a candidate for the DELF is not just about passing an exam — it is about building the confidence and the precision that make a real difference on the day. I prepare candidates across the full range — DELF A1 to B2 and DALF C1. Each exam demands a different approach — I always start from an honest assessment of where each student stands, break things down carefully, and keep the exam date in mind at every step.
